Now, it appears that Disney Plus may be partially down. Users are posting on Twitter that they are unable to access Disney's streaming service and are getting an error message that says "service unavailable." according to Down Detector, Disney Plus is still having problems.

No fix has been made at this time. Disney Plus seems to be having problems on multiple devices, regardless of region. So whether you are in the US, Canada, or the UK, you may be experiencing problems.

It is unfortunate that Disney Plus seems to be having problems. Not only is it a treasure trove of family movies, but it also has some great shows like "Wander Vision" and "The Mandalorian" to fill the lull in isolation.
