Two iPad deals are back today.

For a limited time, B&H Photo is offering a 10.5" iPad Air for $449. That's $50 off and the second best iPad Air deal we've seen so far. (It was temporarily $100 off during Cyber Monday.) Meanwhile, Amazon has the 7.9-inch iPad Mini for $349.99. (Discounts are applied at the end of the checkout process). This is the best iPad Mini price we have seen, and a price we are unlikely to see until Amazon Prime Day.

The iPad Air has a 10.5-inch Retina display, super-fast A12 Bionic processor, 8MP rear camera, and 7MP FaceTime HD front camera. In our tests, we were impressed with its powerful performance and nearly 12 hours of battery life.

If you prefer a smaller tablet, the iPad Mini is very fast, with a 7.9-inch Retina display and the same A12 Bionic CPU. In Geekbench 4, a benchmark that measures overall performance, the iPad Mini posted a multi-score of 11,515, matching the score of the iPhone XS. (Both use the same CPU).

The iPad Mini also has an impressive battery that lasts 12 hours and 40 minutes. The only thing I don't like about the new iPad Mini is its outdated design with the same large bezels as the old iPad.
