Tonight, as we watch "NCIS" Season 19, we celebrate the return of Leroy Jethro Gibbs. But after the shocking conclusion of Season 18, we have many questions.
Rumor has it that Gibbs is not just back (we wonder how many episodes he will appear in this season), but is actually a bit ...... Upset? Now that he's presumed dead, he's going to an unfamiliar place. Executive Producer: Steven D. Binder Executive Producer Steven D. Binder tells the press that Gibbs is returning to his early days. [NCIS Season 18 ended with the destruction of Gibbs' boat, Rule 91, and it looks like this will come back to haunt Gibbs, at least in the first arc of the season. This week's "Blood in the Water" (after the circumstances of Gibbs' supposed death?
Also, "NCIS" will feature some new faces. New series regulars Jessica Knight (Katrina Law) and Alden Parker (Gary Cole) are special agents who are about to shake things up. Knight is recovering from a psychologically traumatic event in which her entire team is blown up, and Parker may be an ally or an enemy. Only time will tell.
Just because CBS isn't available everywhere doesn't mean you can't watch NCIS Season 19 away from home. With the right VPN (Virtual Private Network), it is very easy to watch the show along with the rest of the Internet. You can stream the show wherever you are.
We evaluated many VPN services and our top pick is ExpressVPN. It meets the VPN needs of most users and offers excellent compatibility with most devices and great connection speeds. It's also reasonably priced at $12.95/month. (The cost drops even lower if you sign up for a long-term contract of 6 months or a year.)
In the U.S., "NCIS" Season 19 can be seen on CBS today, Monday, September 20, at 9 p.m. ET/CST.
CBS is a local broadcast network that can best be accessed via a TV antenna, or a cable TV package.
If you are already disconnected and do not have cable, you can watch CBS on live TV services such as FuboTV, Hulu With Live TV, YouTube TV, and DirecTV Stream.
Of these options, we recommend FuboTV, one of the best streaming services on the market.
You can also watch live broadcasts of local CBS stations on Paramount Plus if you subscribe to Premium.
This is a rather hazy situation. Previously, one had to rely on Fox UK to watch NCIS in the UK. However, that has ended and closed, so there is no going; there is a possibility that it will be broadcast on Sky Witness, but that too has not been confirmed.
So no UK channel has been announced (at this stage) to broadcast NCIS Season 19 live. Americans abroad who want to take advantage of the service they are already paying for should check ExpressVPN.
Canadians can watch NCIS Season 19 at the same date and time as Americans; it will air at 9 pm ET on Global TV.
