The Fiesta Bowl is a must-see every year for any true college football fan. It always pits two great teams against each other and is always entertaining with action-packed (and competitive) football.

Today's Fiesta Bowl should be no different. It's Bo Knicks and Oregon's high-octane offense against Liberty, which is coming off a win over New Mexico State and its first FBS conference championship.

At first glance, Oregon may appear to have the advantage. Oregon, ranked No. 8 in the nation, is bowl eligible. Quarterback Bo Nix was one of the best in the nation and a Heisman contender. He leads a truly impressive offense that ranks second in the nation in scoring and offensive yards. Add to that a solid defense, and Oregon will be hard to beat.

But Liberty is no slouch either. Ranked 23rd in the nation, they are 13-0 undefeated this season and are making their first Fiesta Bowl appearance. Liberty quarterback Kaydon Solter had a solid year at center back, but dominated several games with his rushing ability. Meanwhile, Liberty's defense put on a show this year, leading the nation in interceptions.

All of this is a recipe for an exciting game. Will Bo Nix play like Bo Nix and be dominant, or will Liberty's defense, which has played great all year, spoil his parade? On the other hand, can Oregon's defense keep up with Salter, or will they struggle to keep up with Salter like Liberty's other opponents this year?

On paper, one might say that this year's Fiesta Bowl is not that competitive, as Draft Kings has Oregon as an 18-point favorite. But we have a feeling they are wrong. The Fiesta Bowl, which kicks off at 1 p.m. ET, could be the most compelling yet.
