Marvel 2024 is going to be a different year than recent years in the MCU. Between strikes, actor layoffs, and lackluster movies and shows, Kevin Feige & Co. will need to come up with a new plan. Example. Only "Echo" has an official release date, and "Deadpool 3" is the only Marvel movie to be released in 2024.

That's right, this year is not likely to be filled with Skrulls, multiverse and other gimmicks as we have come to expect from Marvel in recent years. Nevertheless, quite a few Marvel movies and shows scheduled for release after this year have already been announced.

Starring Alaqua Cox as Maya Lopez, "Echo" follows the events of the miniseries "Hawkeye." Maya returns home to come to terms with her dark past and begin to embrace her Native American roots, but clearly, at some point, things go awry. Marvel has assured us that there is no need to do any preliminary research before watching this show, calling Echo the first "Spotlight" series. In other words, it's a character-driven show, not a vehicle to advance MCU storylines. So while Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio) aka Kingpin and Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) aka Daredevil will be returning, you don't have to know them.

All five episodes will be available at once on January 9, so feel free to binge-watch.

X-MEN '97 is a revival of the beloved X-MEN: The Animated Series, bringing back most of the original voice cast as well as big-name newcomers like Jennifer Hale, who voices Jean Grey According to a ComicBook interview, the show will pick up from the end of the original series, which ended when the Shire Empire took Professor Xavier (Cedric Smith) away to cure him.

No release date has been confirmed, but recent reports indicate a 10-episode season, slated for "early 2024," according to The Hollywood Reporter. sizzle reel including X-Men '97, Marvel's animated December 2023 It was reportedly also screened on the show "What If."

Previously called Agatha: House of Harkness, Agatha: House of Harkness, and Agatha: Coven of the Witches of Chaos, the latest installment of this phrase will no doubt stick. In "Agatha: The Darkhold Diaries," Kathryn Hahn reprises her role as Agatha Harkness, the witch we met in "Wander Vision. Agatha must escape from a Westfield, New Jersey jail and team up with a team of allies, including Aubrey Plaza, to reclaim her evil powers. I have seen reports that the show's release date is early fall 2024, but no more specific information is available yet.

"Throughout Wakanda's history, brave warriors have been tasked with traveling the world to retrieve dangerous vibranium relics. This is their story. That's the official description of "Eyes of Wakanda" by Marvel (h/t Variety). The animated series is currently slated to air in 2024, but unfortunately there is no more specific information than that; like the others that will appear in 2024, "Eyes of Wakanda" will be part of Phase 5 of the MCU.

Streaming date on Disney Plus TBD

Formerly known as "Spider-Man: The Freshman Year," according to an interview with Marvel Studios' Brad Winderbaum, Norman Osborn, not Tony Stark, was Peter Parker's The animated show is set in an alternate timeline where he was a mentor. A specific release date for the show has not yet been set, but it was shown at the December 2023 screening of "What If.", so it is definitely slated for a 2024 release.

The show may not be released in 2024, given that it has not appeared in any recent press releases or screenings, but the latest release date we are aware of is 2024 for the four-part series (h/t Variety). The series will begin with "What If." season 1 episode 5, "What If. Zombies." However, zombies obviously make an appearance.

Deadpool 3 is the only Marvel film to be released in 2024 and will be the first appearance of the mouthpiece in the MCU. We don't know much about what will happen in this third installment of the Deadpool series and the MCU's 34th film, but we do know one thing. Rest assured (spoiler alert) he will remain dead in 2017's "Logan. Deadpool 3 is scheduled to hit screens on July 26, 2024, so expect a trailer soon.
