The Xbox Series X restock at Walmart today sold out in seconds. However, if you want the next generation console, the Xbox Series S is still in stock and can actually be purchased.

Currently, the Xbox Series S is available at Walmart for $299. This is the regular price for the console alone, and it is the only store that has it in stock and ready to ship.

In our review of the Xbox Series S, we noted that, while less capable than the Xbox Series X, the Xbox Series S is still impressive.

Certainly, the games look better on the more powerful Xbox Series X, but characters, backgrounds, and items are rendered brilliantly on the Xbox Series S as well. In "Yakuza" Furthermore, the frame rate did not drop significantly on either platform.

In general, the Xbox Series S upscales content beautifully to 4K.
