Green Monday is upon us, and retailers from Amazon to Wal-Mart are offering last-minute pre-Christmas discounts. coined by eBay in 2007, the term is usually used to describe the second Monday in December. But since then, it has become a holiday for fake retailers, a day when consumers shop for last-minute deals.
Many of today's Green Monday deals are essentially a continuation of the deals seen last week. Some retailers, like Best Buy, are leaning a bit more toward this holiday than others. Amazon, for example, has no official Green Monday deals, but offers regular holiday deals instead.
However, Christmas Eve is still about 10 days away.
