Looking for a place to buy a PS5 or Xbox Series X? Walmart restocked both consoles on Thursday, giving shoppers a chance to get their hands on the next-generation gaming console before the holidays.
According to information from Walmart Canada Gaming's Twitter account, PS5 inventory became available online on December 3 at 11 a.m. ET/PT. Xbox Series X inventory became available shortly thereafter at 12 p.m. ET/PT. 9:00 a.m. EST/PST).
At the time of writing (9:04 AM EST on December 6), the consoles are sold out, but you can quickly check inventory and see when supplies will resume at the following link.
When shopping at Walmart, only one console can be purchased per household, and there are likely restrictions in place based on contact and shipping addresses. However, there is no guarantee that the game console will arrive before Christmas.
High demand, limited inventory, and greedy duffers have left those interested in purchasing a PS5 or Xbox Series X, especially in online stores, scratching their heads. We wish you well in your attempts. Maybe enough people have already gotten their hands on one, or maybe they have decided to wait until 2021.
In any case, we are tracking inventory alerts 24/7, so please check back often for updates on the availability of the consoles.
