"Succession" Season 3 Teaser Trailer Released The Emmy Award-winning HBO drama returns this fall to chronicle the Roy family's feud over the future of their billion-dollar media company.
After betraying his father Logan (Brian Cox), former number one boy Kendall Roy (Jeremy Strong) attempts to form an alliance with his brothers. In the teaser trailer, Kendall tells the siblings, "Ask yourself if you want to side with good or evil."
Of course, Shiv (Sarah Snook) and Roman (Kieran Culkin) are always on their side, hoping to improve their fortunes within the Roy Empire.
"If I make an enemy of my dad," Shiv says, presumably to Kendall.
And let's not forget that Shiv's husband Tom (Matthew Macfadyen) and cousin Greg (Nicholas Braun) are also working to get their pie, or at least escape prosecution or jail. In the trailer for Season 3 of Succession, Tom tries his best to scare Greg, but (as usual) goes overboard.
Logan vs. Kendall is going to be an epic battle. Both men scramble to secure familial, political, and financial alliances in order to come out on top. In this clip, father and son do their best to intimidate each other, but only the former wins (and laughs the whole time).
The teaser also revealed a sneak peek of new cast member Sanaa Lathan, who plays a high-profile attorney named Lisa Arthur. Other new cast members for Season 3 of Succession include Alexander SkarsgÄrd as the founder of a high-tech company, Adrien Brody as a billionaire investor, and Hope Davis as Senator Sandy Furness' daughter.
"Succession" Season 3 will premiere this fall, but HBO has not set a specific date. The show won seven Emmy Awards last year, including Best Drama Series.
