It's Baylor vs. Gonzaga live stream time, and (of course) this is for all the marbles. This game will be a big point in whether or not the Bears can defeat Gonzaga. The Bears will have to be able to wear it out, and they will have to be able to wear it out with the Bears' newest team, the Bears, in the first round of the playoffs.
As for Baylor? They just crushed the Houston Cougars 78-59 and should be well rested going into tonight's NCAA title game. And this matchup is a much-anticipated clash between two teams that were expected to do well in last year's tournament (which was cancelled due to Covid-19).
Freshman guard Jalen Suggs and forwards Drew Timm and Corey Kispert have done a lot of work to bring Gonzaga here unscathed. Suggs made the game-winning 3-point shot against UCLA, while Timmy and Kispert have protected low and behind the 3-point arc, respectively. Suggs is currently expected to be a top draft pick and leads the team in steals and assists.
The Baylor Bears' good fortune is largely due to their trio of guards: Davion Mitchell, Jared Butler, and Masio Teague. Mitchell is golden from behind the arc, shooting 45% on threes while also leading the team in assists. Butler (16.6 ppg) and Teague (15.8 ppg) both light up the scoreboard.
Gonzaga is the favorite by 4.5 points, with the over/under set at 159.5 points.
