Hopefully you have plenty of time to get your holiday shopping done on Cyber Monday and watch all the new shows airing this week on streaming services like Netflix and Apple TV Plus, as well as on broadcast and cable TV.

New shows this week include returning favorites such as "Virgin River" Season 5 Part 2, "Slow Horse" Season 3, and "Power Book III: Raising Canaan." In addition, new series such as the Dickens spinoff "Artful Dodger" and the gambling comedy "Bookie" will debut.

Here are the new shows to watch this week.

The most fascinating character in Charles Dickens' classic novel Oliver Twist gets his own irreverent spin-off, set in the 1950s colony of Port Victory, Australia, with Jack Dawkins as the Artful Dodger (Thomas Brodie-Sangster).

However, Jack's past comes back to haunt him when Fagin (David Thewlis) appears on the scene, attempting to lure Jack back into crime. Then there is Lady Belle Fox (Maia Mitchell), the Governor's daughter, who is determined to become the first female surgeon in the colonies. Jack will have to be more agile than ever to protect his mind, body, and soul.

Gary Oldman's "Tinker Tailor, Spy Disqualified" series returns for a very welcome third season. His hapless spymaster, Jackson Lamb, returns to lead a team of disgraced MI5 agents. A secret romantic meeting in Istanbul leads to the uncovering of MI5's buried secrets in London. Lamb and other delinquents become embroiled in a battle and a conspiracy that threatens the future of not only Slow House, but MI5 itself.

A giant Christmas tree arrived at Rockefeller Center in New York City. The annual lighting ceremony will feature 50,000 multicolored LED lights on nearly five miles of wires, as well as a 900-pound star covered in crystals. Hosting the broadcast will be Kelly Clarkson, Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, and Al Roker. In addition, there will be performances by Cher, Barry Manilow, and Keke Palmer.

Sitcom extraordinaire Chuck Lorre returns with his first new show since Bob Harts Abishola in 2019! This time he teams up with comedian Sebastian Maniscalco for a darker, edgier laugh. Veteran Los Angeles bookie Danny faces the loss of business if sports gambling is potentially legalized in California. [With the help of his best friend and former NFL player Ray (Omar J. Dorsey), his sidelined sister Lorraine (Vanessa Ferlito), and reluctantly reformed drug dealer Hector (Jorge Garcia), Danny attempts to clear debts with his increasingly erratic clients.

Premieres Thursday, November 30 at 3:01 a.m. ET on Max [25] [26] From the creators of "Cobra Kai," an action comedy set in Sin City. After a highly trained elite Special Forces team foils a deadly threat to Las Vegas, they have a great deal of fun with booze, drugs and sex. But then they realize that the bomb they disarmed was a fake. The real bomb is still there, and unless the team can find it, the entire city will disappear. An already difficult mission is made even more difficult by the fact that they still have alcohol and other substances in their system. Think of the movie "The Hangover. But instead of searching for their missing friends, they are in a race against time to prevent a nuclear explosion.

Virgin River Season 5 will also be available with two special holiday season episodes, following the first part that was released in September. The film follows Mel (Alexandra Breckenridge) and her fiancé Jack (Martin Henderson) as they follow a startling piece of information they learn while decorating for Christmas: her father may be a resident of Virgin River.

Coincidentally, it turns out that Mel's mother had an affair with a man in the small town where they moved after leaving Los Angeles. As Mel grapples with the implications of this revelation, she considers whether to try to conceive again or to seek surrogacy or adoption.

The first senior lead in "The Bachelor" history, 72-year-old Jerry Turner has won hearts across America as he navigates his journey to find love for the second time in his life. Jerry's time as The Bachelor has been sweet, and his finale will bring tears and heartbreak to one of the finalists. However, we wish the other finalist happy days.

When the Korean horror series debuted in 2020, it was very dark but suitable for pandemic viewing. Now in its second season, the story is still shocking, although the real-world situation is very different. While season one saw Hyun-soo (Song Kang) and other survivors holed up in a green home in an apartment building, season two takes them out into the outside world. There, they must battle more monsters. But just as terrifying are the other humans they encounter.

The "Power" prequel returns, with Kanan Stark (Meekay Curtis) evolving into the amoral, violent man that 50 Cent played in the original series The series continues to follow the process. The third season takes place after Canaan's mother Raquel (Patina Miller) is attacked by the Mafia. She is trying to leave the Mafia for a fresh start, but Canaan does not trust her word. Meanwhile, Italian Mafia don Stefano (Tony Daza) reappears and Snaps (Wendell Pierce) and Pop (Erica Woods) appear as new enemies. Canaan and his entire family face an existential crisis unlike any they have ever experienced.
