It's time for the Christmas Vikings-Saints live stream. The Saints get a chance for payback today for their season-ending losses to Minnesota in the 2017 and 2019 NFL playoffs.
The 10-4 Saints, who lost to the Chiefs 32-29 on Sunday and missed out on the NFC South title, will definitely make the playoffs this year. After a crushing 33-27 loss to the Bears, the 6-8 Vikings' playoff chances are down near zero, and oddsmakers expect them to lose this NFL live stream by 6.5 points.
Defense will be important to watch during this NFL Live Stream. The Vikings' secondary is very weak, allowing 27.3 points per game (23rd in the NFL). Even Chicago's pathetically weak offense, averaging 22.5 ppg, was able to pile up 33 points against the Vikings. Things won't get any easier for Minnesota at Christmas, when they face a team averaging 28.4 ppg.
However, New Orleans has been plagued by injuries to its offensive line, most notably quarterback Drew Brees. Brees returned to action against the Chiefs, but was only able to complete 15 of 34 passes, for a completion percentage of only 44.4%. However, he regained his form throughout the game and even drove the team around in the second half.
Brees also lacked weapons on the field. Wide receiver Michael Thomas will miss the remainder of the season due to a lingering ankle injury. Wide receivers Tre'Quan Smith and Deonte Harris are also facing injuries. However, New Orleans still has a dual threat in running back Alvin Kamara, the team's leading rusher and one of the best pass receivers.
