Samsung's Galaxy S20 FE is already an impressive bargain, packing many of the top features of the rest of the S20 lineup into a sub-$700 phone, and Best Buy's early Black Friday sale offers up to $400 off the Galaxy S20 FE.
Savings depend on the wireless carrier you activate your new Samsung phone with (and yes, you must activate the phone at checkout to get the lower price). The Galaxy S20 FE UW linked to Verizon's 5G service usually costs $750 at Best Buy. If you activate it with Verizon's monthly payment plan, you will pay $14.58 per month over 24 months instead of $31.25, which is $400 less.
AT&T and Sprint users can take advantage of a similar promotion at Best Buy. Activate with either carrier and get a $300 discount on the Galaxy S20 FE. That means Sprint will pay $16.67 per month for 24 months and AT&T will pay $13.33 per month for 30 months.
While the Galaxy S20 FE does not offer all the features of the more expensive S20 family, it does fulfill all the important ones: it has 5G connectivity and a top-of-the-line Snapdragon 865 processor. It also has an excellent display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz for smoother scrolling and immersive gaming. The camera does not have the high-end optics of Samsung's other S20 models, but it can take excellent zoom shots.
This is just one of many deals we are tracking for the busy holiday shopping season. Be sure to check out our guide to Black Friday deals to save on gifts for others and yourself.
