There was plenty of good news for gamers in the Prime Day deals.
Through the end of Prime Day (midnight tonight), Amazon is offering the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition for $47.49. That's 53% off the retail price of $99.99, a savings of $52.50. Amazon also has the regular version of the Razer Kraken for $49.99, $30 less than the regular price.
What's the difference? The tournament version comes with a USB audio controller, which only works on a PC and not on a console. Therefore, PC users will need to purchase Kraken Tournament, while console gamers will need to purchase regular Kraken.
Razer is one of the largest gaming brands in the world, and its distinctive bright green style has become synonymous with high-quality hardware. But Razer gear usually comes at a premium price, which is why we're doubly excited about this great deal on the Razer Kraken.
Many of the best gaming headsets can cost $150 or more, but we're thoroughly enticed by the Razer Kraken as a solid mid-range option. You get the excellent build quality, crisp audio, and distinctive styling that Razer is known for without having to fork over a premium price. And with this deal, you can get it at a downright cheap headset price.
The Razer Kraken has been down to this price before, most notably during last year's Black Friday sale, but it has never been cheaper. However, this is the lowest price we've seen for a Tournament Edition, so PC gamers should definitely jump on this deal.
