Prime Day has arrived. That includes rarely discounted Apple gadgets.
Right now, thanks to Prime Day, you can get the latest 10.2-inch iPad for $299 on Amazon. Only 9% cheaper, but still 9% less than a week ago.
There aren't many differences between the 2020 iPad and the 2019 model, but the key one is that the new iPad is powered by Apple's A12 Bionic chip instead of the less powerful A10 Fusion. In other words, it is significantly faster, but in almost the same device as last year.
It also has 32GB of storage, a Touch ID home button, a 10.2-inch Retina display, 10 hours of battery life, and first-generation Apple Pencil support. There is also a Smart Connector if you want to take full advantage of the iPadOS and combine it with Apple's Smart Keyboard
. Of course, if 32GB isn't enough, the 128GB model is also on sale. It too is discounted by $30, but considering the high starting price, that is only 7% off the total. But a discount is a discount, and discounts on Apple products are always appreciated.
