Prime Day deals are quite generous to gamers, and you'll see plenty of discounts on both hardware and software; if you need to expand both the Switch's internal memory and online membership, here's a deal that will kill two birds with one stone.
For a limited time, Amazon is offering a 12-month Nintendo Switch online family membership and a 128GB SanDisk microSD card for $39.
The online family membership is $35 per year, so this sale will effectively get you a high-speed 128GB microSD card for $5.
SanDisk's 128GB microSD card transfers at up to 100MB/sec, four times the Switch's 32GB internal memory, and is an officially licensed Nintendo product. This capacity is needed to play all the NES and Super NES games offered by online family memberships. There is also plenty of capacity for downloading hot titles such as "Animal Crossing" and "Super Mario 3D All-Stars: New Horizons" and "Super Mario 3D All-Stars" digitally.
In addition to the virtual retro library, a save data cloud and smartphone apps for online experiences are included in the one-year membership.
Keep it locked to Tom's Guide this week for a roundup of Prime Day deals.
