It's time to watch Rick and Morty Season 5 Episode 8 online. As gross as the episodes have been so far this season, tonight's episode (at least from the preview clips) seems to have us all in the mood.
Yes, Rick's old friend is back, and we are getting sentimental. Then again, this week's title was a much healthier emotional hint than last week's.
I won't spoil the details here, so click on the video below whether you want to see it or not. When we say that Rick is now free to be himself, we mean that literally: his family is on vacation, so he is now in his own space.
And he pulled something out of the garage. At least, that's what the title "Rickturnal Friendshine of the Spotless Mort" reminds me of when I think of the movie starring Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet about people trying to erase their memories to escape their past.
All in all, it looks much better than last week's bizarre cartoon-inspired experience. Don't get me wrong, I was happy to learn that Morty didn't "suck" at being a thingy, but that episode was not one of their best.
After this, next week we have "Forgetting Sarick Mortshall" and finally "Rickmurai Jack" to close out the season. [To watch "Rick and Morty" Season 5, Episode 8, you will need the following:
If you are out of town and "Rick and Morty" is not available in your current location, you need not be disturbed by geofencing restrictions. However, with the help of a virtual private network (VPN), you can watch new episodes live wherever you are.
Our pick for best VPN is ExpressVPN because it meets all of your VPN needs, is easy to use, offers fast internet speeds, and is easy to set up for streaming. It also works with virtually any device, including iOS and Android, as well as streaming devices such as Amazon Fire TV Stick and Apple TV. Additionally, it can be used on gaming consoles such as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Using VPN is surprisingly simple.
1. install the VPN of your choice; ExpressVPN is our favorite.
2. select the location you want to connect to in the VPN app. For example, if you are in the US and want to see UK services, select UK from the list.
3. Sit back and enjoy the action. Go to your preferred website or streaming service and tune in.

Of these options, we recommend Sling TV, which is currently marked down to $10 for the first month. However, YouTube TV offers Cloud DVR with unlimited storage and is for time-shifted viewers who do not need to watch live; AT&T TV Now is not recommended.
There is some good news. Unlike previous seasons, Channel 4's E4 is airing Rick and Morty Season 5 Episode 8 on the same day as the US, for free.
