Marvel's M.O.D.O.K. (Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing) is jumping out of the Disney Plus box. The upcoming series will move to another Disney-owned streaming service: Hulu.

For those unfamiliar with the Marvel villain, M.O.D.O.K., the M.O.D.O.K. show has two major characteristics: first, the series has a big robot-chicken aesthetic; second, the series has a "robot chicken" aesthetic. The second is that Patton Oswalt is the voice of M.O.D.O.K. The third is that the series has a very different aesthetic than the other two.

What about its content? The series portrays the villain's angry floating head as a failed businessman. Yes, Marvel plans to show that his business is a joke, that he is broke, and that his home life is D.O.A.

One note: Marvel's "M.O.D.O.K." is not tied to the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe.

As noted above, the trailer shows what happens when M.O.D.O.K.'s business, A.I.M., runs out of money; M.O.D.O.K. is very trigger happy, which means everyone from his employees to the good guys get hit with lasers.

According to the trailer's description, he is then "ousted as the leader of A.I.M., while simultaneously dealing with a crumbling marriage and family life."

Marvel's M.O.D.O.K. series is coming to Hulu on May 21. This falls between "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" (March 19) and "Loki" (June 11).

All 10 episodes of the M.O.D.O.K. series will begin in one large batch, unlike the Disney Plus Marvel shows, which release episodes weekly.
